Onyx Suede Sheepskin-Lined Flex Base Klassisk Clog
Designed and handmade in house in our UK studio, our new flex base clogs join the circle between our workshop in Sweden and our coastal home. Handmade by Laura in small batches, these British-made clogs are available in short runs and in our best-selling colours. Our flex base clogs celebrate their origins in traditional workwear but are elevated by contemporary details and unparalleled comfort.
Our Flex Base Klassisk has stapled leather uppers with a rounded toe and open back. Sheepskin-Lined throughout inside, these clogs are designed to keep your feet cosy, warm and comfortable during the colder months of the year. PLEASE REFER TO OUR SIZE GUIDE AND GO UP ONE FULL SIZE TO ACCOMMODATE FOR THE SHEEPSKIN LINING. The slim, flexible clog base has a strip of rubber at the ball of the foot allowing your foot to bend with each step. Our Onyx Suede is a classic black with a softer edge.
The water-resistant Lime wood base has an 100% recycled rubber grip sole and is ergonomically shaped inside and out for comfort. The lime wood used is grown only 2 hours away from the factory where the bases are made. Another family run business, production supports a small team of approximately 10 craftspeople in Valencia. The rubber sole is made from 80% recycled TPU and 20% recycled PET.
All our leather is sustainably sourced from one of the oldest tanneries in Italy, a family run business currently in its fourth generation. Environmental regulations are at the core of their business as founding members of the Pelle Vegetale Consortium. The leathers are dyed using organic vegetable dyes and then cut, moulded and stapled by hand in our UK studio.
All of the sheepskin we use comes from Britain's oldest sheepskin tannery. The Devonia tannery on Dartmoor in Devon has been producing sheepskins using traditional methods for around 200 years. The warm linings are unbleached and naturally warm, soft and moisture wicking. Appearance will vary.
The fit of this style comes up small because of the sheepskin lining. We recommend sizing up one full size. Please refer to our size guide and then go up one size. Although these clogs will start off feeling very snug, after a few wears the sheepskin lining will squash down and shape to your foot. If you are unsure about sizing, please do contact us.
The fit and feel of each of our clogs varies. If you have a wider or narrower foot it may be that certain styles are better suited to you. Please bear this in mind and refer to the measurements and information in our SIZE GUIDE carefully before ordering.
